The Course uses a feature-based approach to introduce students to Accounting on Computers. Some topics covered in this module include setting up computerized accounting system, computerized journals and ledgers, income statements and balance sheet, billing, taxation, payroll, as well as customer accounts.
This course addresses computerized accounting information systems, focusing on financial reporting objectives, management data needs, accounting transaction trails and audit evidence documentation, internal accounting system controls, and integration of accounting systems in software evaluation and selection.
Candidate use Tally ERP to generate financial statements, and other supporting accounting reports. Topics usually include the trail balance, general ledger, subsidiary ledgers and the cash receipt and cash disbursement cycles.
At the end of the course candidate will avail the certificate of course completion.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria: BA, BCOM, MCOM, BMS or equivalent of any of these, and also Under Graduate may apply
